2nd Annual GRI Awards Program Announced

The 2007-2008 academic year has been outstanding for GRI. The many successes of GRI can easily be attributed to the hard work of the GRI faculty, staff, and students. In order to better recognize the outstanding research conducted by the personnel and affiliated faculty of GRI, we are pleased request nominations for the 2nd Annual GRI Awards Program.

Nominations are being requested for the following categories:

• Graduate Research Assistant of the Year
• Research Associate of the Year
• Research Faculty Member of the Year
• Academic Faculty Member of the Year

Nominators should include a current resume and at least one recommendation letter for the nominee. All nominations should be submitted to Linda White at linda@gri.msstate.edu no later than Friday, April 4, 2008.

A ceremony is being planned for the afternoon of April 25, 2008, where the winners of the Annual GRI Awards will be formally recognized, so please mark your calendars.
