Research Interests
My primary research interests are in the area of land-surface/land-cover influences on planetary boundary layer of the atmosphere. Specifically, I look at the role of the Earth's surface in the generation and/or enhancement ofsevere weather.

Current Research Projects
I want to continue to pursue the relationships between the Earth's surface and the atmosphere. The Delta region of Mississippi is of particular interest given the observed differences in temperature, moisture, and precipitation patterns across this region.
