GRI Publications
The GRI Publications database includes items primarily authored by GRI researchers, and are listed by year published or may be searched by keyword, author, and title. If you would like inquire about a specific publication, please contact the HPC² Publications Manager or contact GRI.

Education and Outreach
The Education and Outreach component of the Geosystems Research Institute provides leadership for workforce development in three basic areas. The first area includes development of opportunities for students enrolled in multi-disciplinary programs at MSU. The second area focuses on the needs of new and existing companies within Mississippi with the ability to reach regional and national needs additionally. The final area of focus is on communication and production of training opportunities for students and professionals in the state, such as the Geospatial Education and Outreach (Geo) Project.

Geospatial Education and Outreach (Geo) Project
The Geospatial Education and Outreach Project (GEO Project) is a collaborative effort among the Geosystems Research Institute, the Mississippi State University Extension Service and the Mississippi Coordinating Council for Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems. The purpose of the project is to serve as the primary source for geospatial education and technical information for the citizens of Mississippi.

Campus Geospatial Software
GRI also provides products and information related to geospatial software packages licensed through the Geospatial Software Licensing Program at MSU. Links to service packs, updates and support issues are available. An RSS feed is available to keep you updated on the latest news concerning the Geospatial Software Licensing Program, such as license server status and new software availability.
