Biography:
Trained in meteorology and climatology and interested in the research areas of Global/Regional Climate Change and Weather Forecast. Joined the Geosystems Research Institute at Mississippi State University in January 2008.
Research Interest:
Regional/global climate change;
Climate downscaling and regional applications;
Interactions among climate system components;
Numerical weather and climate modeling;
Satellite data assimilation;
Regional reanalysis projects;
Precipitation, water cycle, and hydrometeorology;
Geothermal, soil, land surface, earthquake, and climate;
Nonlinear climate dynamics.
